Cupcakes



Who doesn't love cupcakes???  Even the paper kind look too good to resist.

This card was so fun to put together.  On pink card stock I put a decorative paper that has cupcakes all over it.  To make the cupcakes I embossed brown and whie card stock with a swirl pattern as to look like frosting.  I formed the liners out of actual cupcake liners and then punched the icing papers  with a 2 1/2" scalloped circle punch and cut them to fit the liners.  The cherries on top are 5/8" punched circles that I highlighted with a white pen and cut a thin strip for the stem.  I added a strip of pink card stock that has a white scalloped trim across the card before adding the cupcakes.  Added the sentiments and the bakery is open. LOL
